Our Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day (24hrs) before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your service.
Credit Card Required
Since we do not ask for a deposit for a reservation, a valid credit/debit card is required for your reservation to be considered for approval.
Please be sure all of the information is filled out correctly. The verification process is done by one of our staff members, therefore if any errors are found your appointment request may be rejected automatically.
Since we work with many different clients, the time you may be looking for on our online calendar may be open but our offline calendar may not have the same time available. It is best to book your appointment two weeks in advance to better your chances of no booking issues. We reserve the right to change our schedule at any point. If we have to cancel your appointment at any time we will notify you either by phone or email.
